  • I very much enjoy it as it has a good work to learning ratio

  • my program is very well organised and allows me to periodically go on training courses

  • I receive a lot of support from all of the members of my team around me

  • my salary package is great for an apprenticeship and covers all of my costs and leaves a lot for social events

  • there are many events that rbs has set up but I do not attened as I do not want to partake in any which is not to say that they are bad just that I have no interest in out of work events

  • Yes

  • Great environment to work in and a great salary package


  • 10. What tips or advice would you give to others applying to NatWest?
  • to take it easy and don't get too flustered by the interview process as the interviewer will guide them through.
