  • 5. How well organised/structured is your programme?
  • Currently the structure of my placments is not that good. It is not made very clear which department i am going to moving into next until a week or two before. However, there are people working to change this now that i have found a role that i will hopefully move into once my apprenticeship is complete. I now have a specific department that is interested in my apprenticeship who are making a detailed plan for my furture.

  • In my experience manager support has been mixed. Some managers are very helpful and interested in your apprenticeship. Some dont make enough time for their actual department members let alone apprentices.
