  • 2. Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?
  • I am trying to gain as many new skills as possible, as part of my role at Heathrow I have had to learn about the application as it was new to me when I joined. I am currently working on obtaining the Engagement Manager Foundation Level Certification, as I feel this is a career path I could pursue. I have done a number of training courses prior to starting this certification, including a project management course. I am trying to do as much training as possible as it is all available to me and Capgemini are providing the support and guidance needed. Alongside this I am learning something new every week in my degree, including a mix of technical and non technical work.

  • 5. How well organised/structured is your programme?
  • I can't fault the organisation and structure of my programme. From the day I started, inductions and training were provided to a high standard. Even though there was a high volume of people, they made sure that every individual felt comfortable and happy with what they was doing. There is support for whatever you need, I have recently been assigned a mentor to support me and help me get to where I want to be. I have had regular personal development meetings with my manager and other colleagues to review how I have been doing and what I can do to improve.
