  • 6. How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?
  • So so much, he has always been there for me, just ask & he gets back to me in a timely manner, cannot fault the support I have received, again attitude & work ethic makes the difference along with a can do attitude.

  • 7. How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
  • Learning is a mindset, when you are in the learning mindset it allows you to learn more even if it is different to what your role requires. Learning to learn helps you learn various different ways, & subjects. Hard to explain, I will never know my role inside out as it has varied levels of ability

  • 8. Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)
  • Yes, I did an event for a new induction of apprentices & got to share my experiences with them. I was praised for my input & for asking questions that perhaps the new apprentices didn't want to ask. Meals out, social events are all available

  • Be prepared to learn hard. Get in the right mind set. Have a good work ethic. Ask questions, don't be afraid to make mistakes & admit them (Making mistakes is one of the best ways to learn). If you have a problem speak out, Capgemini might be able to help. You won't at the start, but believe in yourself & push yourself.
