  • Getting involved with a wide range of projects, helping out when i can, developing my technical knowledge daily and generally being of assistance to the senior team.

  • From school life to working full time in an office environment is a big step and i feel my skills and developed immensely in terms of conducting myself to be professional and being confident in communicating with a wide range of people everyday.

  • 3. To what extent do you enjoy your programme?
  • The day goes really quick which is the main thing. Always learning something new everyday and the team are always keen to help and explain when needed.

  • 4. How valued do you feel by Deloitte?
  • Regular performance management meetings are conducted, there are internal financial rewards to recognise outstanding contributions. Everyone is always keen to get my involved in projects.

  • The organisation of my programme has been excellent to date.

  • I haven't received much support just yet because i haven't need to but i'm sure it's available if required.

  • Support isn't necessarily demonstrated but i think it would be if i needed it.

  • More than enough to meet costs and have disposable income.

  • Plenty of opportunities to get involved outside of work with social events happening regularly.

  • Yes

  • As an alternative to university.


  • 10. What tips or advice would you give to others applying to Deloitte?
  • Get as much experience as you can before applying - make sure you have plenty to talk about at your interviews - be interesting. Failing to prepare is preparing to fail.
