  • Daily can vary, however most tasks either involve maintenance work on rails or patrols looking for faults

  • I learned a large amount of in depth information about the Rail that previously I had never known

  • It's a very good scheme and most of the time I have enjoyed myself a lot.

  • I feel part of the team that I work with and have felt valued from the day I started

  • It's a very organised program that is structured well and we always know what we're doing

  • We can recieve any extra help that we need at any point at any time

  • My employer has provided just as much support as my training providers

  • 7. How well does your salary/package meet your costs?
  • First year wage is not enough to live properly on, in future this really needs to be addressed

  • As far as I know there have only been a few out of work opportunities available

  • Yes

  • I am extremely happy with how i have been treated and would be happy telling others about it

  • Good luck in the interview and take every opportunity that is given to you, it helps in the future!
