  • Software developer, involved in agile delivery, ensuring we produce high quality software whilst delivering it in a proper manner. Daily interactions involve stand ups, meetings with product owners alongside querying developers to assist us when need be.

  • I've learnt develop skills, analysis alongside product owning.

  • 3. To what extent do you enjoy your programme?
  • I enjoy the flexibility, relaxed attitude, alongside motivation we've been given.

  • 4. How valued do you feel by Sky?
  • Extremely good benefits, however not much internal recognition at all.

  • 5. How well organised/structured is your programme?
  • Induction was good, bootcamp wasn't what I expected it to be. Working in a self organised apprentice team also was a poor choice, due to personalities wanting to do more than others as they want to learn more, excluding the development of those around them.

  • Guidance with coursework only.

  • When queries are needed, we can go to developers else where to assist us, everyone is friendly.

  • 7. How well does your salary/package meet your costs?
  • Living and travel costs aren't really too well covered in the salary, although it is good, London prices means to's not to par with living standards.

  • Plenty of company events, volunteering opportunities alongside social gatherings.

  • Yes

  • Extremely fun place to work in, a lot of flexibility and value for the work you do.

  • Be yourself, and be a key member of any team you're involved in - it will reflect on your application as a whole.
