  • well organised with monthly meeting booked in advance. Good contact with the lady that was looking after me. Very easy to get in contact with her via phone or email.

  • lots of support always on the end of the phone if i needed her. She ensured she always came into branch to see me. Supported me through a branch mvoement.

  • Always happy to give me the time to see my trainer for one hour per month when she was due into branch to see me. They worked around me.

  • ensure reaserach into company to ensure they offer the jobs and progression that you feel relevant to your skillset
