  • 1. Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:
  • I have the role of an Indexer, within the HUB of CPO. We receive court orders from Law Enforcement Agents who require information regarding customers bank accounts. I create a shell case, and carry out the basic searches for me to then pass over to the relavent flow. We also index further requests which are the witness statments and just queries that we cant answer over the phone. We also answer phone calles from the Law enforcement agents who may have queries so we try our best to answer anything they ask us.
