  • 2. Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?
  • I have learnt more about the financial world. Before i worked for Lloyds I was unaware of how an overdraft, credit card or mortgage works. Now i understand the full process i can use my knowledge to help customers daily. I have learnt how to deal with different customers as no two customers are the same, whether it be age or income we treat all customers equally. I enjoy workng as a team and working for Lloyds has helped me develop my team building skills.
