  • Currently I am on the Apprenticeship with my tutor Tracey she has supported be throughout the last 6 months with my booklets and pushing me to achieve more. The work within the Apprenticeship is helping me with my calls and for me to give customer a better service

  • How to deal with complaints better, listening to customers and differenct commincation I can use

  • I enjoy learning new thing and going outside my comfort zone

  • Very, Tracey gives me work each month and I always complete it on time
