  • I am a trainee QS working on the metrolink. Daily tasks include: Measuring Monitoring Labour Costs Client Correspondence Dealing with costs

  • I have learned many new skills and developed existing ones. I have been on training courses and first hand experience means I am constantly learning.

  • I really enjoy my job however feel I could be given more responsibility.

  • I have found the program well structured however more assistance could be given with university

  • My team have given me lots of help and also gave me advice whenever possible

  • I receive lots of help from my line manager/site team but that's the extent of it.

  • Competitive and fair due to DTA. Framework is crucial and encouraging
