  • I've learned how to code in VB.net and also a bit in C#, while also developing my skills in SQL.

  • I've enjoyed the programme so far, I've integrated well with my team and also enjoyed meeting new people on the training courses

  • I'm pretty involved in a few projects at work, so I feel valued.

  • 5. How well organised/structured is your programme?
  • It's been very organised from the start, I knew when all the courses were in advance.

  • I receive help a lot from my training provider, if and when I need it.

  • 6b. How much support do you receive from your employer?
  • I've received a lot of support from my employer, I have a weekly meeting with my manager to discuss what sort of work we have going on. I also receive as much help as I need from all the members in my team

  • 7. How well does your salary/package meet your costs?
  • So far it's been pretty good, I can only see that getting better the more qualified I become.

  • There are a few things that happen yearly, however I've not actually attended any to comment on them.

  • Yes

  • So far they have been a great company to work for, decent salary and also a lot of good benefits.
