Apprentice Application Specialist Review

My title is an Application Specialist and have a range of daily tasks and checks on various applications with different members of my team. These range from server checks to code changes

Through Atos i have been able to extend my knowledge level in different coding languages including JAVA, PHP & Visual Basic through training courses provided as part of the programme

The work can be challenging at times and i always come away with something i didn't know before which has helped progress my learning in the different applications we support. So far this has met my expectations exactly and look forward to

Atos makes you feel very welcome and have lots of opportunities to expand your knowledge. I am always getting involved in various projects and helping move them forward

From the beginning we have been involved in weekly meetings and monthly mentor meetings keeping us up to date with whats going on and what to expect over the coming weeks with training courses in between. This programme has been very well organised and i would recommend it

Our provider was QA who would meet with us every month and provide us with training, guidance and support which was very useful

Atos has access to a large amount of learning material aswell as very knowledgable staff that have helped me progress further into understanding and maintaining applications

Yes we recieve internal emails with information on various charity, company and learning events for us to attend
