Very strictured course of study support well by a friendly family business. owrk has been stimulating and enjoyable very satisfying
Company place huge value on the skills of apprentices and they are incorporated into the company well. work is not mundane or boring and apprentices are given responsibility to some large scae projects affecting the business on a global scale. Apprentices are well recognised for thei efforts and achievements
Initially appprentices work on a rotation basis to expirience various business functions. they then choose a desired careeer path based on their preferances and expiriences during rotation and the business needs. they then become the responsibility of the manager of that department. this structure enables the apprentice to influuence their own development. once in a department they are incorporated into the team and function at high levels.
