Masting rail day to day, working in quality control, also trained in the jigs
Just a few, mostly on mast, as I already knew how to weld
It's okay, the days go by quickly and I get on with the other workers
Quite highly, help is always there if needed
Not very, it's a lot better now but at the beginning we got mixed around alof
None at all, rarely see the training providers at all, was good last year but has been poor since we left
Support is always there if needed and is easily found
Comfortably, payed well for the work I do
There isn't many to my knowledge, but there might be, we haven't been very well informed
Yes
Wage is good, the workers and managers are generally friendly
Keep your head down and try hard!
