  • role : Assistant Associate Daily Tasks: Participate in audits of small - medium size companies preforming tests. Can also include talking to clients while on site. The role also includes going to college to complete an ACCA qualification.

  • ACCA. Improved computer skills (i.e excel) Learnt about accounting.

  • Takes time to adjust but after a while its enjoyable and provides a challenge.

  • feel like a team player. Opinions are valued. Welcomed by the department.

  • we have buddies (informal) and mentors (formal) for support and advice. We receive training on a regular basis Teams are well organised.

  • If you have a question there's always someone to answer. Mentor and buddy meetings are also organised regularly.

  • Loads of social events and sports events are organised. (i.e football teams, pub quizzes). Provides opportunity to network with other firms.
