  • 7. How well does your salary/package meet your costs?
  • The salary is very low in the first year and it does not meet my needs because I have a mortgage and bills to pay at home. I can still manage with the salary however I do not have much spare money each month to go out and socialise or even travel home so I have to wait for holiday leave. The company pay for accommodation and food but the food is poor, however this package saves me money in the long run.

  • At the beginning of the year there were many opportunities such as sports and group activities. However many of these have been cancelled or no supervisor have turned up meaning apprentices have wasted their time turning up.
