I'm really enjoying my programme set by both my training provider and the organisation as it is engaging to my job role as well as challenging. My work colleagues are great to be around.

The structure of my programme is very clear as it outlines each step require to be met in order to move forward. This is due to it being well organised.

The training provider offers good support however, the responce to issues raised with them can be quite slow.

The support I gain is very good from both my line manager and work colleagues. I'm very pleased with this as I can go to them at anytime when I require assitance.
