Assist manager in Real Estate finance. Look after our customers portfolios on a daily basis.

3. To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I'm really enjoying my programme set by both my training provider and the organisation as it is engaging to my job role as well as challenging. My work colleagues are great to be around.

4. How valued do you feel by RBS?

I feel a valuable member of the team working at RBS who is relied upon and get appreciation for the work I conduct.

5. How well organised/structured is your programme?

The structure of my programme is very clear as it outlines each step require to be met in order to move forward. This is due to it being well organised.

6a. How much support do you receive from your training provider?

The training provider offers good support however, the responce to issues raised with them can be quite slow.

6b. How much support do you receive from your employer?

8/10

The support I gain is very good from both my line manager and work colleagues. I'm very pleased with this as I can go to them at anytime when I require assitance.

7. How well does your salary/package meet your costs?

RBS offers a very competitive salary that meet my requirements as an Apprentice. In addition to this it also offers great benefits to members of staff.

8. Are there many opportunities outside of work?

There is a vast amount of opportunities outside of work to all employees no matter your level.

9a. Would you recommend RBS to a friend? *

Yes

9b. Why? *

The organisation is well established and has a clear structure to it. The members of staff you will be working with are very experienced and are always willing to offer assistance to you when you require it.

10. What tips or advice would you give to others applying to RBS? *

Require a good work ethic. You will get out what you put in as RBS recognises individuals who are dedicated in pushing themselves.
