  • I support the relationship managers within my team. I answer calls and help customers to the best of my knowledge with any issues or queries they may have.

  • I have learnt many skills as well as developing. I have developed my confidence and my conversation skills duriing my time. I have learnt much of what the bank has to offer.

  • I find my programme very enjoyable.

  • I feel valued as an apprentice here at RBS, everyone is fantastic

  • I think the structure could be better organised, not enough details are given before or leading up in to the programme of what exactly is expected and what will happen

  • The support i receive is immense, whenever I have a query they are so willing to help

  • Just like the training provider.

  • The salary is fantastic, it is more than enough for myself at this age, very fortunate

  • Yes plenty, there is events to get involved in and plenty of volunteering

  • It is a fantastic place to work filled with fantastic people who all want to make RBS great again

  • Gain knowledge on the bank, make sure you read the questions when they are given to you and if you need any help at all with anything then you should ask straight away
