  • My role was a Service Desk Analyst dealing with NHS customers within Greater Glasgow and Clyde, i had to have expert call handling and make sure i had good listening skills to ensure i got the correct details and information from the end user. i have the responsibility to make sure that all issues are logged correctly and notify additional people when needed

  • i enjoyed the team around me and the work i was given. met all expectations and the course was easy to pass

  • majority of it was for travel but once ive got full time role itll be worth it
