  • 3. To what extent do you enjoy your programme?
  • i very much enjoy my apprenticeship as we are constantly learning new skills that are very interesting. Been put in a great group of guys that i like being around as we all help each other out at college. We go to work in the school holidays which can be slightly less exciting due to the short period we are here but being at rolls royce motor cars is a great place to be.

  • 4. How valued do you feel by BMW Group?
  • As we are away from work so often we get little feedback from our manager as they dont see us that much so we dont get to speak to them as much as i would like. thats expected in the first year as we are at college so much. however college is very helpful and give great feedback to us and appeciate how we work.
