  • 2. Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?
  • Yes I have learnt a lot of new skills. The company heavily invests in training the young joiners. So far, I've had training in Pentaho Data Integration studio and Pentaho BA. This is on top of the 11 weeks training period that I undertook at the start of the programme. I now can use SQL, UNIX, Visual Studio, Java and business intelligence tools such as QlikSense.

  • 7. How well does your salary/package meet your costs?
  • The salary package more than meets my needs. The base salary of £16,000 is more than sufficient especially when the company pays for you to stay in at least a 4* hotel, £30 for food every night and covers your fuel costs as well.
