  • I am a direct point of service to customer. Directly dealing with their queries and questions. I also make payments for them and cancel payments and make standing orders etc

  • I developed many new skills on this aprenticeship. Firstly i have learnt to organise more as well as behave well. I have also learnt to respect clients and be good morally. It has taught me how to work well in a profesional enviromment.

  • I really enjoy my program. The skills i am lerning as well as the lots of friends i am making along the way is very beneficial. I am also enjoying talking to lots of clients and hearing about their stories

  • I feel very valued at rbs. All the work i do i feel is reqarded well. And all feedback is done proffesionally.i think they could be a bit more kinder to me at times. But there paay is very nice.

  • The program i am in is very rewardihg. With many perks received for working here. Benefits and rewards are never worried about. I know that i will be rewarded for my good work

  • I receive lots of support from my emplpyer. I have a manager which monitors me daily to make sure i am wkorking effectivly and doing my job well to my best standard. All feedbakc is wrll done

  • I receive alot of support from.my emlloyer when inneed it. There feedback is careful and detailed. And i always learn from my mistakes due to rhe good feedbaxk theu give. They also praise good will acordingly

  • The salary fits my costs very well as i am only young so i do notnhave many costs as of yet. Thw cost of my train ticket adnnttafel costs, aswrll as rent. Is enoigh to support this
