  • Business Managment - Reviewing resource requests on cycle basis making sure to get codes back to the requests approved.

  • 2. Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?
  • I have greatly developed my excell skills, making my use of the application much more efficient. However I still have more to learn such as fully understanding lookups and pivot tables

  • 3. To what extent do you enjoy your programme?
  • currently I have greatly enjoyed the experience, being able to work whilst also gaining qualifications. Whilst I found it dauting at the start I feel I have really gotten into it

  • RBS is a large Banking cooperation. I wanted to rate this 0 but your system got upset, please fix

  • 5. How well organised/structured is your programme?
  • In some aspects it was a bit disorganised, especially with getting user access and setting up with your line mamnager. On the other hand I felt that some parts where well done such as having a buddy who had started the appretice program previously and made a very good point of contact, of course this depends on the commitment of your buddy.

  • 6a. How much support do you receive from your training provider?
  • Having only just started the training part, as in I only just met my training provider contact today I feel I am currently not able to comment upon this. I rated this 5 for the reasons explained above

  • 6b. How much support do you receive from your employer?
  • My line manager and respective team have been very accomidating and helpful. Assisting me with any queries, helping me get set up and understaing my role and being flexible in allwoing me to reach a good balance between study and work

  • 7. How well does your salary/package meet your costs?
  • It currently just about covers my current expenditure with a bit left over at the end of the month. However RBS's rewards system really helps with things like shopping making the money go extra

  • Friendly work enviroment, good pay, not strict on the manner in which you work


  • 10. What tips or advice would you give to others applying to NatWest?
  • If assigned with a buddy, make sure to interact with them as they are useful port of call for any issues you have
