  • 1. Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:
  • Currently in the role of Assistant Best Practice Manager for PDC. Doing this I visit different Boots stores across the central region, and advise them on the best way to run the PDC hubs, and find out what is working well and what is not. I look at fuel card reports and wasted delivery reports on a daily basis, and see if anything can be improved upon.

  • 6b. How much support do you receive from your employer?
  • I know that I have great support network around me of people I can go to if I needed the help. My line manager and my mentor, have been very good at getting me settled in and setting me up with what is expected of me and what I am going to be doing. If I needed to I could give them a call anytime and know they wouldnt mind.
