  • I am part of the data analyst team, daily tasks include calls with external companies and doing reports on adoption rates and other things to do with the MI I receive.

  • The new skills I have developed are, How to read information, how to use excel, how to talk to customers. the skills I am developing are How to work with other, how to Use information to work with things such as graphs and charts

  • I have enjoyed the programme a lot as I have met new people and developed loads of new skills!

  • 4. How valued do you feel by NatWest?
  • I feel very valued in RBS as I was dropped into an unfamiliar place and was warmly welcomed by a very respecting and caring team, also I have been informed on many ways I can get help or fix problems

  • My programmes is very well structured as I have weekly meetings with my line manager and I also have monthly meetings with my QA advisor.

  • I receive some help from my training provider as I have an email I can contact at anytime and also I have meeting every month to talk about any problems I have

  • I received a lot of support from my employer as he stages weekly updates for me where we can talk and communicate about problem I may have

  • It meets it very well as it isn't a lot to get to Edinburgh and back and doesn't cost too much on the bus.

  • Yes there is a lot of events that range from skiing and Other clubs

  • there is a lot of support and ways to move in the company


  • 10. What tips or advice would you give to others applying to NatWest?
  • Just be yourself, always ask for help if you need it or don't understand something. also make sure to communicate with your line manager as they will always give you work to do or give you help on something if you need it
