  • 1. Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:
  • I am a Technology apprentice in the Services division within RBS. On a day-to-day basis I am always advancing my knowledge, I also get involved in what my team do as much as I can while learning. I am also currently planning for an internal website to promote the software that my team uses.

  • I am always building on my knowledge in the technology area, learning new technical terms. Added to this, my most my day requires being at a computer so my skills have improved in this area as well and will continue to do so. My communication skills being in a completely new workplace I think have also developed.
