  • 3. To what extent do you enjoy your programme?
  • I enjoy experiencing the number of different areas within the business and being given this opportunity with the learning programme. • 4. How valued do you feel by BAE Systems?
  • I do feel valued by my employers who have been supportive throughout, and also by the placement managers who value the support we provide during our short placements. I do however, feel that within the project function there is little value and that we are considered statistics as opposed to valued employees.

  • 9b. Why?

  • When applying to BAE Systems be prepared for changes within the schemes as an awful lot can change in 3 years but this is the typical of any business undertaking a number of changes to improve. Enjoy the opportunities available and make the most of your placements.
