  • My role consists of working with steel to create small sub assemblies that get put onto bigger assemblies.

  • Yes, I have developed lots of new skills such as measuring, marking out and how to use different tools and equipment.

  • I am enjoying my programme as it mixes on site with college equally where I am learning the role well enough.

  • It is very organised and the structure is done well.

  • I receive a lot of support from my employer, mentally and physically.

  • I receive an okay amount of support from my training provider but it could be better.

  • There are not really too many extra-curricular activities available for apprentices.

  • Great company to work for who offer a competitive wage and offer great training on the job and you also feel like you are contributing to something.
