Throughout my time here I have learnt many new skills through internal/external training courses and through my day to day activities.

I really enjoy this program. I feel it gives the right balance of learning and practical experience, which has aided my development massively.

I feel appreciated by my managers and that I am a valued member of the team. I am fully involved with multiple projects and often see them through start-finish with assistance from my managers.

The program is well structured, for the most part the training courses are well spread out and are completed at an appropriate time. There is a slight mismatch with some course dates/exam dates, but nothing major.

We are given the contact details of our trainers who are always on hand to answer questions. In addition to this, there are plenty of people in the office who are happy to provide us with the information we need/tools to find the answers.

My managers/partner are all supportive, providing the necessary time for study and providing development opportunities through real client situations.

The location is perfect for me as it is only a few minutes walk from the train station and close to town. I am still living at home so living costs are kept to a minimum, but all my costs are fully met.

There are plenty of opportunities outside of work, networking and social, and they are open to all employees regardless of grade.

They are a brilliant firm to work for, they offer flexibility and support. The work I have completed since joining just under a year ago has far surpassed my expectations.
