Business Administration Apprenticeship
This scheme gives you the chance to learn and use skills that will support you in a wide range of business and admin tasks. Whether you’re interested in operations or customer service, this 12–18 month programme will develop you into a capable team member, with real skills and responsibilities to drive the rest of your career. As you progress you’ll take on more responsibility, and by the time you’ve completed your apprenticeship you’ll be a trusted professional, ready to contribute to live projects and progress your career. If you like being well organised, analysing information and you have great communications skills, this programme is for you.

We’re committed to the growth of our apprentices, and that’s why right from the start you’ll be able to earn while you learn, as you are trained and supported throughout the scheme. This programme has everything you need to take on a role as a fully-fledged Business Administration expert.
What you’ll cover
You’ll develop some of the most essential business skills around. Your modules will cover the general principles of business, reporting and analysing data, and managing budgets, resources and change. Just as importantly though, you’ll receive plenty of support in improving your soft skills. That will include time planning and presenting at meetings, directly serving our customers and building relationships with people across the business.
