[Register Your Interest] Level 3 Business Operations Apprenticeship

What we do

Our Business Operations teams provide world-class solutions to our clients and project delivery to our European businesses.

Control and Settlements

The Control and Settlement (C&S) team forms part of the wider Banking Reconciliation and Control group. The department is responsible for cancel and reissue of cheques, processing of manual payments

How you’ll spend your time

Over your two-year apprenticeship programme, you will be based primarily in our Surrey office, where you will provide a service to our business areas all over the world

Work Placements

Your time on the Apprenticeship Programme will be split into sections, depending on the work available in different areas and the up-and-coming areas of regulatory developments. You could be involved in performing monitoring reviews: analysing processes and data, feeding back your issues to people from all over the organisation, writing reports; building relationships with key stakeholders and providing advice to them; implementing and designing new technology led initiatives.

Training

You will be on a level 3 compliance / risk officer apprenticeship. At every stage, your development will be underpinned by the best training and professional certified courses with the aim of employing you full-time once you have completed your apprenticeship qualification. You will spend one day a week offsite as part of your apprenticeship programme, fully focused on your learning and development.

  • Academic Standard: You will need at least five GCSEs between 9-4 (or A*-C), two of which we prefer to be English and maths.
