Relationship Management Support Apprenticeships
A relationship management support role is usually a customer-facing role, where you’ll provide support to either a relationship manager or a team of relationship managers.
Depending on the business area, we would expect you to focus on delivering service excellence to our customers. We want you to create a strong link between the bank and personal and business customers, proactively addressing their need and foreseeing issues. This could be face-to-face or over the phone, making things simple for our customers.
You’ll need excellent communication skills as you’ll be liaising with relationship managers and customers alike. Using your organisational skills, you'll be able to perform under pressure to meet customer demands. But above all, you will need integrity and share our focus on delivering fair outcomes for our customers.
This apprenticeship involves studying the ‘Providing Financial Services Framework’ which will lead to a Certificate in Professional Banking.
These opportunities are available nationwide. You will be hired to a permanent role, whilst receiving an attractive reward package made up of salary and flexible benefits of c.£17,000. The minimum entry requirements for our apprenticeship programmes are; Maths & English at GSCE Grade C/ National 4 or above.
