Business Admin Level 3 Apprenticeship

To provide an efficient and proactive administrative support service to the Development team of the Wimborne Office.

The successful candidate will be part of a team of 3 Directors, 1 Associate Director, 3 Associates, 2 Qualified Surveyors, 1 Graduate and an Apprentice, who form the Wimborne Development team and cover Valuation, Agency and Recoveries.

The successful candidate will be trained to become highly organised, reliable, flexible and methodical - being able to prioritise their duties and meet deadlines. They should possess strong communication skills (both verbal and written), and the ability to work well under pressure whilst maintaining a high level of service to both colleagues and clients.

We are seeking a self-motivated individual who can work under their own initiative as well as being a team player who will integrate into the team and office as a whole, building a rapport with colleagues.

A day release course in Business Administrator – Advanced Apprenticeship at Bournemouth and Poole College may be available to the successful candidate.
