A relationship management support role is usually a customer-facing role. Depending on the business area, we would expect the role to predominately focus on delivering service excellence to our customers; this could be face to face or over the phone, through effective implementation of the bank’s credit and service processes and making things simple for our customers. You’ll utilise your organisational skills and be able to perform under pressure in order to meet customer demands but above all you will need integrity and to share our focus on delivering fair outcomes for our customers.View Similar Jobs
