These roles tend to be within our Services support function, with no direct customer contact, where you will be working on small projects or components of larger projects to deliver high quality processes to improve operational efficiency & customer service. You will research, collect and analyse data to identify trends, issues, risks and opportunities to our operational processes always looking at ways they can be improved for our customers. You may get involved in collecting, analysing and delivering data to identify threats to our key operating systems working with a team who are responsible for maintaining of the Bank’s key organisational processes and operating systems.View Similar Jobs
