Orbitsound is a British audio company that specialises in designing and producing high quality speakers. Originating in 2008, we are proud to have been the first company in the UK to bring a soundbar to market in John Lewis. We also distribute to Curry’s/ PC World, Richer Sounds as well as hundreds of Independent electrical stores.
Orbitsound was founded by Ted Fletcher who has given us 50 years of music heritage as an expert in the field of British audio. We have continued to be run by musicians, audio engineers and people who are passionate about sound. We believe that our technology airSOUND™ is the best way to enjoy good music, and our ambition is that one day, all speakers will work this way! We design and create audio products that enable superior sound to be accessible to all. airSOUND™ is unique and different, and so is our team. **Develop your CV**
We provide a structured yet relaxed environment for you to develop your skills and the tools you will need later in life. From people skills and public speaking to working within a dynamic team; you will learn on the job, but be offered constant support, mentoring and regular training to help you to develop and be as successful as you want to be.
**Family/Community**
Every successful candidate will be invited with their parent/guardian to meet their line manager at least once to understand the placement and to ensure you are happy with the support networks available. Whether you join us for one month or one year you will become part of the Orbitsound family. No matter which area of the business you are in; marketing, support, PR and regardless of your age; you will be treated with the same importance and respect. Every opinion matters and everyone is heard at Orbitsound.
