The Burnside Partnership profile

About The Burnside Partnership

The Burnside Partnership was founded in 2015 by two partners who have worked together in large law firms.  Our ambition is to provide our clients with outstanding service and build up strong, personal relationships.  The only work which the firm carries out is Private Client law. This includes Wills, tax planning, probate and mental incapacity.  These are very personal issues and clients have to share a lot of information about their families, finances and health so the firm aims to provide a sympathetic and caring service.

We were recognised as one of three Apprentice Employers of the Year by the awarding college and our first apprentice won Oxfordshire Apprentice of the Year and is now working with us as a trainee legal executive. In 2019 we were delighted to be named as Oxfordshire Apprentice Small Employer of the Year.

The office is a recently modernised historic building in an area of outstanding natural beauty.

The apprentice will initially work within a team of 18, including one former apprentice and at least two current apprentices. We see the apprentice as being a key member of staff from the outset.
