What is your role and what have you learnt from your experience in this role?

My role is working in Client Services as a Client Services Support Apprentice. My role is working with different internal departments as well as our external stakeholders who use our business for an end-to-end service for their savings platforms.

What have been your highlights?

My highlights since beginning my apprenticeship has been working with new people from all areas of the society, building great friendships from our Early Talent program, as well as earning a real living wage whilst gaining a qualification and real life working experience.

What advice would you give to someone wanting to apply for an apprenticeship at Newcastle Building Society?

My advice for someone applying for an apprenticeship at Newcastle Building Society would be to be yourself!
