  • I work as a Resource Planner within Engage a services department, I am responsible for supporting the Solutions Design team to deliver high-quality IT infrastructure and services to our customers. I proactively allocate and organise incoming projects to the best resource, ensuring that the workload is balanced across the available team members and that customer deadlines and expectations are met. I also liaise with other departments, such as Sales and Delivery, to ensure smooth communication and coordination throughout the project lifecycle from scoping to bookings to invoicing.

  • My communication skills are being developed day in and day out as well as my IT skills.

  • I love gaining real world experience while studying putting the theory we study into practice.

  • Management and the internal learning and development team are regular available upon request alongside weekly support meetings.

  • Monthly 1-2-1 sessions with my training provider and by weekly group training sessions. Can request more time if needed.

  • My qualification helps me better understand how my business runs and make it easier to plan and understand resource requirements.

  • I get involved regularly with extra curricular activities with my company. I go to women's football weekly, end of Quarter drinks, we have team nights outs regularly. There are also opportunities to get involved in company networking events such as a Tough Mudder, Golf Day and hiking trips.
