  • I deliver customer service on behalf of British Airways through the check in process all the way to boarding passengers onto an aircraft.

  • I have learnt many new skills on how things work and develop in an airport to ensure customers have a successful experience through their step to step journey and also developed more within my existing skill of personal confidence.

  • I do enjoy my current apprentice programme a lot since it’s helped me grow as a young adult during work life and given me the chance to be offered a lot of opportunities and experiences.

  • It is organised and structured in best way to honour our needs by the support provided.

  • 5. How much support do you receive from your employer?
  • Ive received the best support all over, I’ve always felt heard and time taken to be listened too whenever I’ve reached out to my apprentice team.

  • 6. How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?
  • I’ve received a lot of support which has helped me feel valued in respect to my managers wanting me to reach the highest qualifications as possible.

  • With the support it allows my confidence to feel more encouraged and that helps me feel that I can perform to my highest level.

  • There have been a few opportunities offered out to us as apprentices to take part in professional events where we can interact with others and get to experience of different type of events.

  • 10. What tips or advice would you give to others applying to British Airways?
  • Really express and show off your personal values as BA want to see that through what you deliver and have a strong work ethic so that you can perform to your highest potential in many pathways that BA can then offer and support you ahead.
