  • I am responsible for the day to day management of the mobile core network, with a primary focus on on the operational tools that allow us to complete tasks such as change, performance and incident management

  • Poorly organised, there was great support from my immediate management in getting things done and organised. But when asking for support from the dedicated Apprenticeship team within BT they offered no support at all.

  • The support was as expected, the final 2 years was where the best support was provided when working towards a specific study to achieve the degree

  • Its given me a different perspective on how to manage and perform at my best when delivering for my company

  • BT is a very positive place to work within your own support areas. I feel within my specific area the people and management that I work with are very supportive and encouraging in a persons wellbeing and career development

  • Be yourself and always demonstrate that you are willing to grow and learn
