  • Managing a staff team, completing supervisions and appraisals. organising and managing the shift. Completing rotas and handovers. On call, supporting individuals. Conducting MDT meetings and person centred reviews. managing staff performance and completing probations. back to work meetings.

  • help with existing skills, makes me realise what i do already know and building on that. Improved confidence within role in addressing difficult and challenging situations.

  • 3. To what extent do you enjoy your programme?
  • Ease of use of online training, trainer supportive and informative, on hand if need anything. Use of microsoft teams for meetings. Focus on wellbeing and mental health throughout programme.

  • 4. How well organised/structured is your programme?
  • Very organised, can see exactly what needs completing and when. Due to demand of role i can sometimes need to move a deadline a day or two back which is helpful. dates of completion, can see progress made and how many hours have completed.

  • manager supportive, finds time to complete reviews and helps build knowledge for programme.

  • Trainer really good, helpfull. moved across from voyage and already completed level 2 with her. on hand if need anything explaining. very supportive.

  • Will improve existing knowledge and confidence. help to be a better leader.
