Apprenticeship Recruitment team leader, i manage a team of 6 who recruit eligible and suitable apprentices for the hundreds of business's we recruit for nationwide.

I enjoy learning new management styles and understanding different ways i can tackle different situations.

Very well structured.

As much support as i need.

6. How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

My tutor is always on hand to answer any questions i may have and is clear in what assignments and tasks i need to complete.

7. How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

I am completing a team leader qualification which supports me in my every day job role as a team leader.

Yes - I encourage my team to attend different networking events as well as schools and colleges.
