  • I enjoy the programme, although some units are repetitive.

  • The organisation at Make UK could be better. But overall it appears to be well structured.

  • I receive a great deal of support from the New Talent team and my line manager.

  • They provide sufficient support, although more structured and theoretical training would be beneficial.

  • Teaches new skills required for day to day tasks on site.

  • There are various networking events. I have participated in multiple open days and evenings for apprenticeships.
