  • I’m doing a software engineering type job, which involves a lot of testing and quality engineering, as well as creating and automating tests.

  • JavaScript skills, communication and I have gained a lot of confidence. I have also learned to be more collaborative when working in a team.

  • I enjoy it very much, I enjoy the freedom and independence. I have had the chance to prove my self by being responsible which makes me feel more confident.

  • It’s very organised and structured, even when changes are made the changes are small and I am immediately informed about it.

  • A lot

  • 6. How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?
  • Not a lot to be perfectly honest, my teacher barely does anything, half of the time he’s fixing one of his instruments while we are confused.

  • Not at all, I have not been taught anything good by Calderdale college to be perfectly fair. But the opportunity to work at lloyds is superb.

  • Not that I know of, however I have heard about networking events but have not been invited to any so far.

  • Because it’s a great opportunity to start your career

  • Be confident, don’t be afraid to speak up and ask questions. People are more relatable to you than you think.
