    • Working on design tickets - usually discovery work, ideation and final design

    • I’ve learnt many technical skills around user centred design. As well as soft skills relating to communicating with stakeholders

  • 3. To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

    • I very much enjoy the fact that I’m gaining work experience as a designer as well as working towards a degree. I should have a very strong portfolio by the end of the programme.

    • Very well, it’s very clear what my goals and aims are every year as my line manager and skills coach make it very clear to me

    • I receive all the support I need, someone is always willing to help.

    • My training provider always offers support and regularly asks about my wellbeing
