  • My role working for OCS is being the team leader of 7 receptionists across our 3 GKN Aerospace sites in Bristol, during this role I oversee all policies and procedures and am always looking at ways we can improve our services and deliver the best possible customer service.

  • I have learnt a lot of new skills such as different leadership styles and built a lot of confidence within my role.

  • 3. To what extent do you enjoy your programme?
  • I really enjoy learning on the Bud platform with all the different videos and links to follow that there are and I can always rely on my tutor to help me if needed.

  • 4. How well organised/structured is your programme?
  • After quite a bumpy start with hearing nothing from my first tutor for 3 months and having being reassigned 2 new tutors without any indication or reason for it happening all within the first 6 months of my course. I am really happy with my current tutor and hope that there will be no more changes.

  • With both of my managers having completed apprenticeships themselves they understand how it works and are always on hand to support when needed.

  • Completing this course is really making me more knowledgeable in my role and I am learning new tips and tricks everyday.
