  • Strategy – Responsible for mapping the business strategy to the technical strategy for the government growth plans and operational plans Intelligent FM Vision – designed and planned the delivery of the Government technical vision Innovation – Responsible for ensuring technical innovation is successful delivered, concentrating on productivity improvements Continuous Improvement – Designing and facilitating collaborative working groups to address and deliver contractual continuous improvement for processes, data and systems Delivery – Designing and managing roadmaps for strategic and operational delivery into the business unit Supporting Business Development – Working closely with the business development team to support new market assessments and bid pipeline regarding solution and delivery Business Relationship Management – Working with the IT support teams to resolve operational issues and be the conduit between IT and the business IT Risk and compliance – Created and maintained an IT risk assessment for the business function and ensured ISO standard compliance and data protection accreditations.

  • On line learning suited me well and really made it possible for me to focus on the programme. I have enjoyed some modules more than others.

  • Support has been limited at times, although my coach is excellent. This is very much an independent course.

  • I think this will provide an acknowledgement of a level of attainment. On a practical level, it will provide additional skills and knowledge that I can use in my day job.
